Wanted to let everyone know how my trip to the Royal Manitoba Theater went on Oct. 14. Larry, Celine & I plus the community actors, Louise Daymond & Isla Gorton, helped us read selections from The Thirteenth One. Steven Schipper, the retiring Artistic Director, told us that his one great regret was that he couldn't do my play at this theater. Many friends & relatives enjoyed the reading and had some good laughs too.

Book Club / Readings & Signings
Denyse has been 'doing lunch' with some book clubs. The books are bought and read then a gathering date is arranged where there are lots of questions, comments and lively discussions about the stories, the Depression and large families.
Please contact me to book your book club gathering!
A WORKSHOP presentation includes how I got into writing, sharing the writing tips that have helped me and then do a reading. We have Q & A, then break into small groups.
